“The Gang Builds a Permissions System”
Ben and Manu, two calls, one corkboard. You are Ben at the wall, explaining who can see what. Every red string is a grant. Manu keeps asking the one question and taking issue with the answer, and the wall fills up until nobody can read it. Then you cut string for tables until three lines are left. The dialogue is theirs, trimmed. Nothing to lose: the wall shows you what to touch. No clock. About eight minutes.
Honesty clause. The arguments, dates, and design are real. The documents and people on the wall are fiction.
